Yen Khanh district in the northern province of Ninh Binh has been recognized to complete all criteria of an advanced new-style rural area.
Ninh Binh has one city (Tam Diep) and three districts (Yen Khanh, Hoa Lu and Gia Vien) that have fulfilled the task of building new-style rural areas, and eight communes have met criteria of model new style rural areas, according to statistic of the provincial Steering Committee for National Target Programmes.
Chairman of the Ninh Binh provincial People's Committee Pham Quang Ngoc on August 15 worked with the Department of Transport and leaders of Yen Khanh district, focusing on the implementation of road DT.482 construction project.
The fireworks will take place at low altitudes in four locations, including Ninh Binh, Tam Diep cities, Yen Khanh and Kim Son districts.
